The EchoStar fleet consists of three hybrid Ku/Ka-band satellites with CONUS coverage and six DBS satellites utilized for direct to home service.
Commercial, government, and military customers use EchoStar’s satellites, teleports, and fiber network for video distribution, data communications and backhaul. EchoStar also delivers thousands of all-digital television channels for DISH Network, Dish Mexico and other communication providers.

EchoStar’s digital fiber optic network has points of presence in 210 cities across the United States and several countries worldwide. Our highly reliable global network is used to backhaul, aggregate, and distribute video and audio content for our domestic and international customers.
EchoStar maintains and operates 10 full service digital broadcast centers, including large gateway facilities in Cheyenne, Wyoming and Gilbert, Arizona.
