Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage multiple high-performing software development teams, delivering enterprise-grade solutions and overseeing end-to-end development
Drive complex technical projects from planning through execution while promoting automation and DevOps adoption
Establish development standards, processes, and best practices to ensure software quality and scalability
Lead technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate technologies for future adoption
Hire, mentor, and manage developers while addressing performance and people-related issues
Provide technical guidance for estimating efforts, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with onshore/offshore teams for successful delivery

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
